By-2091 super slippery silicone oil emulsion is a kind of milky white new 

type of water-based emulsion of synthetic polymer material, which is easy 

to dissolve into or disperse in normal temperature water. It has the

Product usage:

1. Used for skin care cream, body lotion, shampoo and other cosmetics

industries: used as mold release agents, separators, brighteners of 

some rubber, plastic, latex, polyurethane products and crafts 

production.

3. Used in textile and garment industry as softener, hand feel improver, 

lubricant for sewing line, auxiliary agent for pressing lining of garment, 

etc.

4, leather and leather chemical industry will add this product to other 

additives, can be used as softener, feel agent, brightener, etc.

Usage and dosage:

According to the specific application object and application environment, 

it can be applied or diluted with water.

1. When used as a mold release agent or lubricant, the application methods 

include spraying, dipping, wiping or brushing, and the dilution should be 

done with low-hardness water with the recommended dilution ratio of 1:10, 

but users should determine the best dilution ratio and use method through 

small-scale test.

2. When used as fabric finishing agent, the emulsion can be applied to 

the fabric by means of dip rolling. The required amount depends on the 

structure and type of the fabric.

Notes:

Contact with strong acid or alkali and lewis acid has the tendency of 

stratification degradation, the higher the temperature, the more 

obvious the reaction.Low concentration of strong acid or base has 

the tendency to increase viscosity under the action of contact time.

Packing and storage:

1, This product with 5, 10, 25, 50kg packing of polyethylene plastic 

barrels or 200kg iron barrels.

2. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated 

place at normal temperature, avoiding contact with acid and alkali 

substances.
