Product Characteristic:

This product is a macromolecular organosilicon material made by anionic surfactant after 

emulsion polymerization with high purity octyl cyclosiloxane.

This product has the following properties:

1. Good softness: the fibers, fabrics or products treated with this product have good 

softness effect.

2, good surface smoothness.

3. Certain film forming performance: when adding curing agent and catalyst, film can be 

formed.

4. Good compatibility and reactivity.Because of the reactive hydroxyl group at the two 

ends of this molecule, it can be used as water-proofing agent for fabric with hydrogen-containing 

silicone oil emulsion, and can also be used as a new material with special application by 

copolymerizing with acrylic acid, polyurethane and other materials.

5, good water dispersion: use can be arbitrary proportion of water dispersion, convenient, 

no pollution.

Product usage:

1. Used for finishing cotton, linen, silk, wool, synthetic fiber and its fabrics.The 

finished fabric is soft, smooth, elastic, wear-resistant, washable, temperature 

resistant and waterproof.

2. Used for treating wigs and similar products, making them soft, shiny and smooth, 

improving the effect of combing.

3. Used as an isolating agent on the surface of leather products, which can protect 

the leather surface and prevent adhesion.

4. Used as film release agent for rubber, plastic and other materials.

5. Used for lubrication and maintenance of floors, furniture and sofas.

6. Other aspects.

Usage and dosage:

Dilute the water or water based system solution to a concentration of 1 ~ 10% for use, 

depending on the application

Notes:

1, this product is anion system, compatibility with other materials should be paid 

attention, especially with cationic system, should prevent demulsification.

2. The product has certain irritation, if accidentally splashed into the eye, 

immediately rinse with water.

Packing and storage:

1. This product is packed in 50kg and 200kg plastic drums.Store and transport 

according to non-dangerous goods.

2. Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place. Avoid strong sunlight and contact 

with acid and alkali.The temperature in the warehouse shall not be lower than 5℃ 

to avoid freeze and demulsification, and shall not be higher than 40℃.
