Product usage:

This product is a good vulcanizing agent for silicone rubber, safe treatment 

temperature is 75℃, vulcanizing temperature is 90℃, recommended dosage is 

1.1-1.5%.

Notes:

(1) keep away from fire, open flame and heat source.Small fires should be put 

out with dry powder or carbon dioxide extinguishers, and sprayed with large 

amounts of water to prevent reburning.Fires need to be sprayed with large 

amounts of water from a safe distance

(2) avoid contact with reductants (e.g. amines), acids, bases, and heavy 

metal compounds (e.g. promoters, metal soaps, etc.)

Packing and storage:

Packing:

The standard packing of lq-dcbp is 20 kg net in plastic drum.It can also be 

packed according to user's requirements.Lq-dcbp is class D solid organic 

peroxide. Classification of goods: 5.2. United Nations no. : 3106.

Storage conditions:

Keep the package airtight and in a good ventilation condition, the maximum 

storage temperature is 30℃, avoid and reductant such as amine, acid, alkali, 

heavy metal compounds (accelerator and metal soap), it is forbidden to separate 

and take in the warehouse.

Storage stability:

According to the conditions indicated by the manufacturer, the products can be 

guaranteed to leave the factory within three months.
